EF-OptiPrep™ Constrained PTA Dilatation Balloon Catheter is an over-the-wire (OTW) balloon catheter, and the product is mainly composed of tip, radiopaque markers, constrained structure (CS), balloon, outer tube, inner tube, strain relief, and hub. The product family consists of 0.014″ and 0.018" systems that are compatible with 0.014″ and 0.018″ guidewires, respectively. The hub has two Luer connectors, one for balloon inflation/ deflation, and the other for guidewire passing through. There are two radiopaque markers at each end of the balloon for positioning during surgery.

· The construction of a nitinol scaffold that subdivides the balloon into distinct segments
- increases the contact surface area with the vessel wall, ensuring more effective and uniform dilation
- allows for controlled dilation, minimizing the risk of vessel trauma and potential complications
· Excellent passability and flexibility allow the balloon to navigate through narrow and tortuous lesions with ease
· The balloon's rapid deflation capability, coupled with its low profile, further enhances its ease of use
· Superior visibility under imaging guidance ensures precise positioning during procedures
